Return Window
Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods, digital products, intimate apparel, and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for returns.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
